<p>PURPOSE:To effectively recover volatile liquid gas when it is released into air by vaporizing liquid nitrogen to obtain gaseous nitrogen and feeding it to activated carbon together with volatile liquid gas and air. CONSTITUTION:Liquid nitrogen is released from a cylinder 10 contg. liquid nitrogen and vaporized in a vaporizer 11 and the vapor is fed into a tank 8 and fed to activated carbon 7 from a mixing cooling chamber 16. When a recovery vehicle arrives at the site, a hose is connected to a suction port 6 to operate a forcibly feeding device 3 and to suck volatile liquid and air. They are forcibly fed into the mixing cooling chamber 16 and mixed with gaseous nitrogen to perform heat exchange. Then only the liquid gas is adsorbed on the surface of the active carbon and gaseous nitrogen and air are released in the air from a discharge port 18. Thus, in case volatile liquid gas has been released in the air from a cylinder, etc., it is effectively recovered.</p> |
