PURPOSE:To provide the bioimplantation material having the sufficient mechanical strength required as a bioimplantation material and excellent bioaffinity and the bioimplantation material having an X-ray contrast characteristic as well. CONSTITUTION:This bioimplantation material consists of the devitrified glass of calcium phosphate contg. apatite crystals and/or calcium phosphate crystals. The bioimplantation material consisting of the devitrified glass of a strontium phosphate contg. strontium apatite crystals and/or strontium phosphate crystals or the devitrified glass of a strontium calcium phosphate system contg. strontium-solutional apatite crystals has the excellent X-ray contrast characteristic in combination. |
