CONSTITUTION:A key manager conducts the locking and release of a key by a locking device 7 by utilizing a master key, the input of information by a keyboard 19, the output of information by a printer 20 and the display of information by an indicator 18. An information storage card 21, in which release information and personal information are stored, is lent to a key user, the information of the information storage card 21 kept by the key user is read by a card reader 23, release information stored in the information storage card 21 and control information regarding release stored in an information storage means 26 are compared by an information comparison means 27, and the locking device releases the key only when both information coincides, and the key is borrowed. Control information such as personal information, the loan time of the key, the return time of the key, etc., stored the information storage card 21 is stored in the information storage means 26. |
