PURPOSE: To ensure mounting of a nose piece of a shoe of a belt-type grinding device. CONSTITUTION: A nose piece 68 of a shoe is T-shaped and has side parts on both sides and a stem between the side parts. A head 67 of the shoe has a stem accepting recessed part and positioning shoulders facing outward on both the sides of the recessed part. The nose piece 68 is mounted on the head 67, the stem is located within the recessed part and both the side parts are located on shoulder surfaces. A holding tool is a pin 110 having a resilient shank 122 provided with an offset. The pin 110 is fitted into opening parts which becomes a row in the head 67 and the stem. The offset of the pin 110 pushes the stem into the recessed part by being rotated up to a lock location and firmly presses a side part of a horizontal member at a right angle to the shoulders. |
