PURPOSE:To obtain a sodium absorption inhibitor useful for hypertension, kidney disease, adult disease, etc., moderating restriction of salt, reducing side effects, having excellent treating effects, comprising arginine (derivative), etc. CONSTITUTION:The inhibitor comprises (A) one or more of arginine (derivative) such as L-arginine hydrochloride and preferably (B) a potassium salt. The amount of the component B added is preferably 1/2-1/1 based on the component A and a dose of the component A is preferably 0.5-1g per time by oral administration. |
