PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a molded product having a part such as punched-out hole which is separated in an after step. CONSTITUTION:A skin 12 provided previously to a specified shape has a surrounding hole 18, of a punched-out hole, which is concentric with the punched- out hole 16 to be punched out in an after step. It is easy to open a shunner hole 18 of the punched-out hole concentrically with the punched-out hole 16, as the punching position of the punched-out hole 16 in a molded product is specified in a designing stage. Further, the skin 12 with the shunner hole 18 is fitted to a die, and a thermally plastic resin is press-molded to obtain a base 14. Thus the thermally plastic resin which forms into the base 14 spreads in the surrounding hole 18. Consequently, the end surface of the skin 12 which forms the peripheral edge of the surrounding hole 18 is buried, so that the edge does not catch the finger of a machine operator. Finally, the base 14 alone is punched out using a tool 30 to provide the punched-out hole 16. |
