PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramics material having solved reciprocal problems of strength and shrinkage factor, capable of providing a dental ceramics molded article having low shrinkage as well as high strength. CONSTITUTION:A dental ceramics material comprises ceramics powder and glass powder having <=15wt.% alkali metal content calculated as oxide and log eta=2-4 (poise) viscosity at 1,300 deg.C as main components and is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. total amounts of 95-65 pts.wt. ceramics powder and 5-35 pts.wt. glass powder.
