METHOD FOR OPERATING AERATOR

PURPOSE:To exercise operation control by which operation is always performed with shaft power within the rated value of a motor regardless of aeration or non-aeration operation. CONSTITUTION:Liquids are mixed and agitated by the turning of a screw 23 and simultaneously gas is sucked by using negative pressure produced in fluid in a screw tip area by the turning of the screw and is fed into the liquid, made in fine bubbles. An aeration control valve 24 for controlling the quantity of intake air is installed in a gas suction route. A revolution control means 3 is provided for the motor. Thus operation is always performed within the specified motor driving force.
