PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method, in which a seat frame is assemble in advance to a cushion pad, in integrating the cushion pad and skin material with adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Adhesive is applied to a cushion pad. A detachable pressure plate is assembled to a seat frame. The seat frame, to which the pressure plate is assembled, is assembled to the cushion pad P. Skin material H is temporarily assembled to the cushion pad P so as to cover the adhesive-coated surface side of the cushion pad P. The resultant temporarily assembled skin material H, cushion pad P and seat frame are arranged on an arranging mold 21. The skin material H, cushion pad P and seat frame arranged on the arranging mold 21 are heated with a hot mold 41 from the skin material H side. After the heating, they are cooled with a cooling mold from the surface of the skin material H under the condition being pressed to the cushion pad P side. Finally, the pressure plate is removed from the seat frame. |
