A concrete (6) is produced by pouring a mixt. of concrete (3) and additives (4) into a mould having a connecting element (1), adding an agent, which delays binding of the concrete (3), in a surface layer (5) bordering a connecting element, disconnecting after binding the concrete outside the surface (5), but before binding it inside the surface (5), and removing after disconnecting the concrete (3) from the surface layer (5). As connecting element (1), a plate is used, which is made of a material contg. the agent that delays binding of the concrete (3), and is released on contact with the liq. concrete. Disconnecting element for carrying out the process is also claimed. ADVANTAGE - Quality of prod. is improved.
