PURPOSE: To enable economical control of mass transfer, reaching equilibrium between gas and liquid in a short time. CONSTITUTION: This device has a sensor cassette 13 with sensors 29, 31 and 33 and a housing 15, and these are connected by conduit means 17, 19 and 21. The housing 15 is provided with a liquid path 41 with a chamber 43 which contains aseptic testing liquid 16 flowing in from an inlet 37. Gas is introduced from a gas injection path plugged with a cap 53. In the chamber 43 a multiporous medium 131 is provided, by which gas and the testing liquid 16 are mixed sufficiently. The testing liquid 16 flows out from an outlet 39, passes the sensors 29, 31 and 33, and the gas is discharged from a gas vent 55 through the multiporous medium 135. |
