PURPOSE:To obtain the resin composition excellent in flowability, mold release, heat resistance, etc., and reduced in the formation of flash by melt-kneading a specified polyphenylene sulfide resin mixture with a specified reinforcement, a specified alkoxysilane compound and a specified polyester oligomer. CONSTITUTION:The composition is prepared by melt-kneading a specified amount of a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin mixture comprising a specified amount of a crosslinked PPS resin having a number-average molecular weight of 7000-15000, a total ash content of 0.3wt. 5 or below and a melt flow rate after the 15-min residence as specified by ASTM which is 50-95% of the melt flow rate after the 5-min residence and a specified amount of a substantially noncrosslinked PPS resin having a number-average molecular weight of 3000-6000 with a specified amount of at least one (non)fibrous reinforcement, a specified amount of an alkoxysilane compound containing at least one functional group selected from among epoxy, amino, NCO, OH and SH and a specified amount of a branched polyester oligomer of the formula (wherein R is a 6-36C aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic hydrocarbon group; and n is 2-10). |
