CONSTITUTION:The stopped condition and the traveling condition of a vehicle are recognized by the condition of a parking brake and the position of the range of an automatic transmission, and the transfer function, the convergence factor, the control gain or the like are changed by an adjusting mechanism 26 based on these stopped and the traveling conditions. This constitution allows the optimum vibration reducing action according to the stopped and the traveling condition of the vehicle.
