摘要

PURPOSE:To isolate the gene originated from Acremonium chrysogenum and concerned in cephalosporin C production and utilize it for improving Acremonium chrysogenum. CONSTITUTION:A DNA fragment which is the fragment including the gene group concerned in the biosynthesis of cephalosporin C and including at least a new gene encoding the amino acid sequence shown in the sequence list.
