PURPOSE:To provide a floor material presenting excellent anti-corrosiveness and a large strength at a low cost by forming a flat plate panel from a metal sheet, allowing its core to include an inorganic fire retardant agent which uses a specific rate of aluminum hydroxide etc., and filling it with foaming plastic to produce a single piece structure. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate panel for double structural floor is formed from a metal sheet, and its core is filled with foaming plastic including an inorganic fire retardant agent whose rate of aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide lies from 30 to 150 PHR so as to yield a single piece structure. Further a fiber reinforced material is also used, according to necessity, to at least the bottom surface of foaming plastic so as to decrease deflection. Inorganic fire retardant agent is uniformly mixed with oriole, and the resultant is mixed with diisocyanate, with which the core is filled, followed) by reaction and hardening. Thereby a floor material presenting anti-corrosiveness and a large strength is obtained at a low cost. |
