PURPOSE:To provide the grease-like fat and oil composition safe on food hygiene, excellent in its oxidation resistance and lubricity, and used for food machines. CONSTITUTION:The grease-like fat and oil composition for food machines comprises (A) 40-90wt.% of at least one of a medium chain saturated fatty acid glyceride, coconut oil and palm oil, (B) 5-30wt.% of castor hardened oil, and (C) 5-30wt.% of a vegetable wax and/or an animal wax.
