<p>PURPOSE:To improve the bag for medical treatment for housing blood, liquid chemicals, etc., and the process for production of the bag for medical treatment. CONSTITUTION:This bag for medical treatment is constituted by integrally forming a protector 4 on which a transfusion port 3 is put to the upper part of a bag-shaped body 2 and welding and fixing the base part 5 of the transfusion port 3 to the upper part of the body 2. This process for production of the bag 1 for medical treatment consists of the following stages: (1) The stage for placing the transfusion port 3 between two sheets of synthetic resin sheets 6 and pressing the base part 5 of the transfusion port and the sheets 6 in contact therewith by upper and lower mouth part molds 8 and (2) the stage for integrally molding the bag-shaped body 2 and the protector 4 put on with the transfusion port 3 in the upper part thereof by pressing the sheets 6 of the above-mentioned (1) by the upper and lower molds. As a result, the the bag- shaped body 2 and the protector 4 are integrally molded and, therefore, the process is more simplified than the conventional method and this process is adequate for mass production. In addition, the transfusion port 3 is put into the bag from the upper side of the sheets 6 at the time of mounting the transfusion port and, therefore, the chances that microdust, etc., stick to the inner side of the sheets are extremely decreased and the degree of sanitation is additionally improved.</p> |
