Prod. is obtd. by heating human plasma. The plasma used is pref. that of the patient. Fresh plasma is placed in an injection syringe and heated between 60 and 80 deg.C. The duration of heating may vary between 1 and 12 hours, sufficient heating being used to cause solidification of the plasma and, if desired, sterilisation of the product. Treatment of the product ultrasonically improves its fluidity. For certain applications, the fresh plasma may be separated into heavy molecules having a yellow appearance, and light molecules having a transparent appearance. These may then be recombined in any desired ratio, e.g. 70% light and 30% heavy, before heating. ADVANTAGE - The use of the prod. does not require surgery, unlike other breast enlargement and face-lifting methods.
