<p>PURPOSE:To repidly produce a beautiful decorative panel by applying an ultraviolet curable resin solution to the upper surface of the decovative paper bonded to a substrate and placing an ultraviolet pervious film like article on the upper surface of the resin layer and irradiating the resin layer with ultraviolet rays to cure the same and peeling off the film like article. CONSTITUTION:In the production of a decorative panel, decorative paper 3 is preliminarily bonded to the upper surface of a substrate 1 through an adhesive layer 2 and printing patterns 4 are applied to the upper surface of the decorative paper 3. At first, an ultraviolet curable resin solution based on an unsaturated polyester resin is applied to the upper surface of the substrate 1 after undercoat paint is applied or not applied to form a resin layer 5. Next, an ultraviolet pervious film like article 6 is placed on the upper surface of the resin layer 5 and air bubbles 8 are removed by a roller 7. Continuously, the resin layer 5 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to be cured and the film like article 6 is peeled off. By this method, a beautiful decorative panel having a smooth surface can be produced within a short time.</p> |
