PURPOSE:To improve joining strength to foamed resin and make a mold release agent unnecessary by eliminating adhesion of leaked resin on the surface to which ultraviolet rays are not applied, by applying the ultraviolet rays only to the surface of a core material molded of polyolefin resin, which is joined to the foamed resin. CONSTITUTION:Ultraviolet rays are applied only to the surface 11 of a core material 1 comprised of polyolefin resin and the applied surface 11 is held by a top force 2 so that the applied surface faces on a cavity. The skin 4 of polyvinyl chloride is arranged on a bottom force 3 by allowing a design face to abut against a mold face. Then both the molds 2, 3 are clamped, into the cavity of which semicured foamed urethane resin is cast, mold break is performed after cure and made into foam molded body 5. Since the ultraviolet rays are applied to only the surfaces of the core material 1 and foam molded body 5 which are to join to each other, the joining strength is improved and the core material is not joined to the foam molded body 5 on the surface to which the ultraviolet rays are not applied, even if the foamed resin is leaked and stuck, since the same can be removed extremely easily, removal of flashes after molding becomes easy. |
