DEVICE FOR FORMING RESIN PATTERN FOR TUBE END

PURPOSE:To provide a forming device which is suitable to manufacture a resin pattern for tube end for casting a tube body with a full mold method and easily takes out the pattern from a chamber and releases the pattern from the mold. CONSTITUTION:An outer mold and an inner mold for forming the resin pattern are incorporated in the chamber 11 with an upper cover 14. The outer mold is fitted to the upper cover 14 and drawn upward together with the upper cover 14 and is released from the resin pattern. The upper cover 14 is guided with a guide rail 28 and shifted upward from the chamber 11 with a cylinder device 38. The guide rail 28 guides the upper cover 14 to the perpendicular direction in just above the chamber 11 and thereafter, guides so as to gradually shift the upper cover 14 in the horizontal direction in the position having a prescribed distance upward from the chamber 11.
