A belletproof cloth is manufactured by twining Poly-P-Phenylene terephthalamide filament yarn of 0.7-1.5-denier single yarn, 1,000-2,200 number of filaments, and more than 20 g/d strength to 8-10 T/cm, spinning it into a weft thread of 30-35 lines/inch, and performing water-repellent treatment thereupon to weave a cloth having more than 1,500 feet/sec. bulletproof and 80 % water-repellency, thereby providing flexible bulletproof cloth having excellent bulletproof property by simple process while reducing weight thereof.
