CONSTITUTION:A carrier C fitted with a workpiece is set to the first stocker 51, the carrier C of the first stocker 51 is fitted to the through hole 43 of a conveying carrier 37, the conveying carrier 37 is rotated by the preset angle, and the carrier C is carried into the machining position between an upper surface plate 1 and a lower surface plate 2.
