摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simply stabilize the reflection characteristic by uniformly coating the solder resist at the preset thickness on a metal surface in the surface machining for unifying the light power of the regular reflected light and the irregular reflected light of a light spot beam fed vertically to the metal surface for the surface of the preset area. CONSTITUTION:Gold or palladium 12 provided with an adhesive 10, a copper foil 11, and lustrous nickel plating as a backing is provided at the preset thickness on a printed board 8 made of glass epoxy resin, for example. Solder resist 30 is coated by screen printing at the film thickness of 5-35mum on the surface of the board 8. The metal surface may be polished several times with a solid rubber containing abrasive grains having the grain size of 10-200mum, or a pit having the surface roughness of about 1mum and the pitch of 10-200mum on the alternating shaped cross section may be pressed for a shape transfer.</p>
