<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an accident such as a rear-end collision by starting a voice generating par for previously notifying that an engine is stopped after a designated time according to a receiving detecting signal of a paper and providing a control part for stopping an engine of an automobile after a designated time. CONSTITUTION:When an automobile is stolen, for example, a cell signal including a specific identification number is sent from a monitor center or the like to each automobile forced stopping device. When a paper 11 receives the call signal, a receiving detecting signal Sp is fed to an identification detecting part 21. When the ID detecting part 21 detects the signal Sp, a receiving detecting signal S'p is fed to a control part 12. Thus, the control part 12 forces a voice generating part 22 to start, and forces an engine 13 to stop after designated time. The voice generating part 22 is provided with, for example, an IC memory or the like where a voice signal for notifying that an engine is stopped after a designated time is previously stored. Accordingly, a driver hears the previous notice and stops his car at more safe place.</p> |
