PURPOSE:To provide the separation type liquid seasoning having good smoothness, taste thickness and taste persistence due to an oil, permitting to reduce the ratio of the oily phase portion, and not restricting the composition of the oily phase portion. CONSTITUTION:The separation type liquid crystal seasoning comprising an oily phase portion containing 0-4.5wt.% of a diglyceride component and 0.2-5wt.% of a surfactant and an aqueous phase portion is characterized in that the oily phase portion is prepared so as to wet-spread on the surface of the aqueous phase portion, when the oily phase portion is dropped on the surface of the liquid phase formed from the aqueous phase portion. |
