摘要 PURPOSE:To remove the effect of a change in temperature due to the opening and closing of a case and thereby to improve the precision in regulation by providing a drive mechanism for driving a light quantity regulating mechanism and a drive mechanism control circuit for controlling the drive mechanism on the basis of an output of a detector. CONSTITUTION:A drive mechanism control circuit 12 using a servomotor 11a as a motor 11 is activated by a switch 14. An AC signal detected by a mass flow sensor 7 of a detector of an infrared gas analyzer is impressed as an input signal on an analyzer amplifier 13, and after the signal is amplified by an AC amplifier 13a, it is subjected to synchronous rectification, smoothed, amplified by a DC amplifier 13c and transmitted as an analysis output signal 13e. In the case when an output value 0% of the infrared analyzer does not correspond to zero of an electric signal, the electric signal corresponding to 0% is applied to an amplifier 12a and a deviation signal is made zero. The deviation signal is amplified by the amplifier 12a. At the time when a light quantity balance is regulated, the switch is made, a servo system is activated, the servomotor 11a is controlled and thereby the regulation of the light quantity balance is conducted.
