摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the tensile strength, the tearing strength and the resilience, by mixing ultra-fine carbon fibers into urethane resin so as to form a composite material which does not spoil molding conditions of the urethane resin, thereby to effectively use the characteristics of the urethane resin and the characteristic function of the carbon fibers. CONSTITUTION:General-purpose carbon fibers made of a coaltar pitch material is added to and mixed with a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material so as to form a composite material with which the manufacture of a lift is tested. That is, a fine carbon fiber material having a micron unit is cut and pulverized into dimensions less than 0.9 microns, and is then mixed into the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material which is then molded so as to form the lift 3. The mixture of the urethane resin and the carbon fibers remarkably enhances the conductivity, the corrosion resistance and the wear resistance of the carbon fibers. Further, the wear resistance thereof is several times as high as a commercially available reinforced lift, and the resiliency thereof is also high while the shock resistance and the antislip ability thereof are also excellent.
