PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of elastic conveyor belt, on the surface of which the drop in level, uneven coating and the like do not develop, which can conceal the fluffing, defect and the like of base fabric and on the surface of the covering layer of which the desired surface properties can be formed. CONSTITUTION:Covering layer 3 made of silicone resin is formed on transferring endless film, on which surface treatment such as embossing, matting or the like is carried out. While, on the surface of endless base fabric 4, adherent silicone resin is applied. Next, by turning the endless film 1 inside out, the film covers the endless base fabric so as to bring the covering layer 3 into contact with the surface of the endless base fabric 4 so as to closely contact the covering layer 3 and the endless base fabric 4 with each other with nip rolls. After that, by peeling the endless film 1 off the covering layer 3, elastic conveyor belt is obtained. |
