PURPOSE: To make it possible to three-dimensionally build many filters into a single vessel by segmenting the interior of a longitudinally long vessel by tube sheets and providing the respective compartments with granular carrier fluid inlets, carrier fluid outlets after filtration and particulate sluicing outlets. CONSTITUTION: The longitudinal long vessel 1 is internally provided with the plural inlets 2a, 2b and 2c for carrier gas containing dirty particulates and the plural outlets 3a, 3b and 3c for the filtered clean gas. The respective inlets and outlet are segmented by filter tubes 6, such as ceramic filter candles. The bottom of the vessel 1 is provided with a solid discharging means 7 for sluicing and discharging the particulates. The high-temperature and high-pressure carrier fluid generated by a combustion process is filtered by the filter tubes 6 and the particulates are recovered.
