PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic diagnosing apparatus which enables the raising of an ultrasonic output power to a value near a specified value for each transmitting focus condition even when the transmitting focus condition is altered variously with each ultrasonic inspection mode. CONSTITUTION:In an ultrasonic diagnosing apparatus which enables the switching of transmitting focus condition at each of various ultrasonic inspection modes, a probe drive voltage control means (combination of a system controller 1 and a drive power source controller 5) is provided to perform a control so that a drive voltage to be applied to an ultrasonic probe 2 is raised to let an ultrasonic output power be released into a specimen up to near a specified value in linkage with a transmitting focus condition set according as each transmitting focus condition is changed in the ultrasonic inspection mode selected. |
