PRODUCTION OF SUSTAINED RELEASE MICROSPHERE PREPARATION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce sustained release microsphere preparation of water-soluble medicine having high medicine inclusion ratio and only slight initial burst and a solid solution used therefor and the production thereof. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble medicine and a polymer degradable in vivo are dissolved in one or more solvents to dissolve the medicine and the polymer and the solvent is distilled away to give a solid solution wherein the water-soluble medicine is dispersed in a molecular state in the polymer degradable in vivo. The solid solution is dissolved in a water-insoluble organic solvent having <=100 deg.C boiling point, the prepared oil phase is added to a water phase containing an emulsification auxiliary and stirred to prepare O/W type emulsion, which is dried in liquid to produce microsphere preparation.
