PURPOSE:To form an ink passage, for example, a fine nozzle or the like. CONSTITUTION:A composition of a resin which is set by an active energy ray working as an adhesive is prepared. A solution of the composition is applied onto a first base material 10 by a spinner, dried on a hot plate, thereby to obtain an active energy ray setting resin layer 11 of 10mum thickness. Ultraviolet rays are cast from above the first base material 10 via a mask with a shielding part corresponding to a groove as an ink passage. Then, the unnecessary part of the resin layer 11 is selectively dissolved and removed, so that a resin layer 11a is formed. Further, the base material 10 is heated so as to add adhesive properties and flexibility to the resin layer 11a. A second base material 12 is registered and thermally pressed onto the resin layer 11a. Thereafter, the resin layer 11a is completely set by heating for 30 minutes at 150 deg.C and the first and second base materials 10, 12 are perfectly bonded. |
