PURPOSE:To provide a synthetic resin laminate having excellent adhesiveness to a metal base material and hard to generate delamination even in secondary processing large in degree of deformation by utilizing the excellent surface gloss, surface hardness, design effect, humidity resistance and corrosion resistance possessed by a polyester film. CONSTITUTION:In a laminate consisting of a polyester film and a polyolefinic resin layer, adhesive layers with a thickness of 0.5-25mum composed of modified polyolefin modified with unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof or a polyolefinic resin compsn. containing modified polyolefin are provided on both surfaces of the polyolefinic resin layer. |
