PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer sheet for forming a beautiful transfer layer having a high matte effect on a transfer medium and preventing a substrate sheet from being cut by a heat and a tension in a transferring process. CONSTITUTION:In a transfer sheet 1, a substrate sheet 4 whose surface serves as the mold release plane is made of a multi-layer sheet obtained by coextruding molten resins, and at least a resin layer 2 of the substrate sheet 4 in contacts with a transfer layer 8 is matte layer having a matte feeling. |
