PURPOSE:To provide a separator for a ceramic board without a fear of flawing the surface of the separated ceramic board. CONSTITUTION:The objective separator is equipped with a carrier pedestal 3 for a carrying ceramic block 2 composed of plural ceramic boards 1 mutually stacked in the vertical directions, a block supporting tool 4 for pressing the ceramic block 2 from the upper side thereof and a peeling machine 5 for shifting the position of each of the ceramic boards 1. In this separator, an elastic member 8 is attached to the position on the under side of the block supporting tool 4 and plural tongue piece parts 9, extended in the vertical directions and having the respective undersurfaces brought into contact with the top surface of the ceramic block 2 are formed in the elastic member 8. |
