<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability and also to protect a tape in the initial stage of operation by fixing one reel at the time of loading detecting the rotation angle of another reel, thereby calculating the winding diameter of the reel. CONSTITUTION:When a reel hub 2 is fixed so as not to rotate at the loading time, the tape to be loaded is drawn out from only the side of reel hub 1. When the rotation angle of reel hub 1 is detected by an angle detector 16 from the output pulse of a rotation pulse generator, data for winding diameter of the reel 3 are calculated from a logic 18 for winding diameter detection. Also, when the rotation angle of reel hub 1 is detected by the angle detector 16 at the time reel hub 2 is rotated by a certain angle, the ratio of two reel winding diameters is detected. Then, the data for the winding diameter of the reel 4 are calculated by a logic 20 from the ratio of two reel winding diameters and the data for winding diameter of the reel 3.</p> |
