PURPOSE: To eliminate the damage of a transducer during mounting of a sensor by providing a base mounted in a frame, a support plate having a protrusion member capable of deflecting to the base, a weight contained in a cavity, and detecting means mounted at the member. CONSTITUTION: A crystal resonator 14 is connected to an oscillator, the resonance frequency is changed as the function of the deflection of an oscillating element, and altered as the function of the deflection of a support plate 8. The resonator transmits a signal processed and analyzed by an electronic circuit 20. The signal is a signal representing the function of the deformation of the plate 8, and thus the change amounts of the accelerating force by the two weights 10 are transmitted. A base 24 fixed to a frame 2 is formed at the plate 8, a member 26 is provided from the base 24, and can be elastically deformed to the base 24. This is formed in a general rectangular sectional beam state to protrude into the frame 2. This beam is deformed sensitivity by the external stress along the responsive axis X in the direction perpendicular to the wide surface to operate searching means 14. |
