PURPOSE:To heighten the smoothness of the surfaces of nickel powder by limiting the powder measuring amount per blade using a plurality of blades regardless of the measuring motion of each single blade in fabricating a nickel powder sheet for a fuel cell electrode. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of blades are installed one by one in the direction in which a heat resistant plate advances. The spacing to the heat resistant plate 7 of the first blade 12 which first measures nickel powder is made wider than the spacing to the same plate 7 of the second blade 13 which measures the powder in the second place. The spacing to the heat resistant plate 7 is narrowed gradually, and the desired nickel powder thickness is achieved by the measuring with the third blade 14 at the final stage. |
