<p>PURPOSE:To urge the answers of the unanswered persons by providing an index table which controls the information including the answering time limit and an answer table which controls the answers and the user IDs of the answeres and transmitting the urging messages to the unanswered persons. CONSTITUTION:A work station forming a server SV is provided with a ROM 8-1 and 8-2. The ROM 8-1 includes an index table 8-22 which stores the control information on the text data registered in a data file 9 and an answer table 8-24 which controls the answers stored in the file 9. The server SV transmits the text to the terminal or the FAX of an addressed user. The addressed user receives the text data and sends a reply to the server SV as necessary. However the text to be replied is designated by the text ID. In regard of a document to which an answering time limit is set, the server SV transmits the urging information to the terminal, the FAX or the TEL of the user who sent no reply even after the answering time limit.</p> |
