PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of descending a ceiling panel and the like to a proper height at the time of washing work of a filter. CONSTITUTION:The descending position of a ceiling panel 8, a suction grille 11 or a filter 13 can be changed freely by a method wherein the operation of an elevating device can be controlled through the receiving unit 41 and a control unit 42 of a controller 40 by sending an elevating descending or stopping signal through a transmission unit 33 by operating a wireless remote controller 30a. Accordingly, the descending position of the parts can be controlled so as to be the optimum descending position in accordance with the physique of a worker whereby labor and time necessary for the attachment and detachment of the filter 13 can be reduced while the attaching and/or detaching work becomes easy and safe. |
