PURPOSE: To provide a method and device which reduce the work for the calculation in production plan and logic, planning, distribution, and resource assignment areas. CONSTITUTION: A gross profit analysis program 18 judges a profit related to each order in accordance with outputs of an order input/tracking system 11, a material detail conversion processing 13, and a machine requirement conversion processing 15. A data preprocessing module 19 collects data and updates data in accordance with selection/rejection of orderess and supplies it from a model generation program 20 to a number restriction generation program 21. An interactive determination display system 22 displays a simple set selector to a user, then the user talks with the display system inputting an appropriate data. and the user uses an optimization model selection model resolution program 24 and outputs the output to a floor control system 25. This system 25 generates a work order and discharges a required stock to a shop floor sensor 17 which discriminates the possibility of a machine and input in accordance with a selected order. |
