PURPOSE:To permit an attendant even other than a subscriber himself who makes a reservation, to unlock the door of a conference room and to enter the conference room which requires the reservation. CONSTITUTION:Storage devices 11 and 12 storing a user list and a reservation table, which are inputted from a registration host computer 1, are provided for a card reader terminal equipment 3 near the entrance/exit of the conference room. When an attendant other than the subscriber accesses an individual identification card 2, an electric lock control means 8 unlocks an electric key 4 if the attendant is in the user list in a use permission judgement means 13, present time is in the time zone of the reservation table in a reservation collation means 14 and it is recognized that a number inputted from a ten key coincides with a password which is set at reservation time by a password collation means 15. |
