PURPOSE:To make a start-up swiftly when a low-inertia motor is rotated at a low speed with a large load by changing a control signal in stages at intervals of specified time by means of a time measuring device and a control signal modifier while a detection signal of a speed detector is not input after a run command is input. CONSTITUTION:When a command signal Sw indicating a run command is input into a compensator, a time Tw determined by a standard rotation speed is set in a timer (t Tw) and an output signal (q) of a flip-flop of the speed detector is monitored. When the signal (q) does not come to 'H' before (t) becomes zero, a previously output command signal Y is changed by a specific value Ystep (Y Y+Ystep) and a value alpha.Y (alpha is a constant) proportional to the control signal Y is stored in a memory (M alpha.Y). Then, the control signal Y is output to a D/A converter and is converted into a D.C. control signal corresponding to the Y. The staged operations for a torque-up as stated above are repeated when a motor gets started. |
