PURPOSE: To provide the improved microstrip antenna device especially for telephone communication by means of artificial satellite. CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a 1st dielectric layer D1 that has an earth plane PM1 on one side and has a 1st conductive patch P1 of a given shape on the other side, a 2nd dielectric layer D2 that is placed on the side of the 1st patch P1 of the 1st dielectric layer D1 and has a 2nd conductive patch P2 on the other side of the 1st patch P1, a 3rd dielectric layer DR placed on the 2nd dielectric layer P2, and means DL1, DL2 to supply an ultrahigh frequency signal to any conductive patches, and the size of the 2nd conductive patch is smaller than the size of the 1st conductive patch P1 and the 1st conductive patch P1 is fed from a bottom side at least one point FR1 selectively positioned between a center and a circumferential side of the 1st conductive patch P1.
