PURPOSE:To automatically carry out the operation to peel the cover film laminated on the plate material of a waterless planographic plate. CONSTITUTION:A plate material attracting means 21 attracts the plate material and after this plate material is deformed to a recessed shape so as to float the cover film, a cover film attracting means 25 is pressed to the cover film by a driving means 27 and the cover film is attracted by this cover film attracting means 25. The cover film attracting means 25 is inclined by an inclining means 28, the cover film is peeled while the cover film attracting means 25 is moved by the driving means 27.
