PURPOSE: To improve meeting scheduling. CONSTITUTION: In a block 102, it is judged whether scheduling or rescheduling of meeting is good or not. A block 104 issues command of scheduler to meeting parameter. A block 106 shows the formulation of a list of usable dates and times. In a block 108, a stored calendar event file for each poredeterminate attendant in a distributed data processing network is shown. In a block 110, usable meeting parameters are compared with attendant settlement parameters. In a block 114, an option picture is presented to the scheduler. In a block 116, input of the purpose of a meeting is set by selection and indication of the scheduler. Finally, an instruction is transferred to each predeterminate attendant in a block 120, and it is received by each predeterminate attendant in a block 122. |
