The rectangular frame has an inner peripheral groove (2.5) in which the protective glass is fixed. It has grooves (2.6) at different heights in which bolts lock to hold an inner frame. A picture and its paper or card support (S) are held between the inner frame and the frame and can be easily changed. Each bolt has a sole (4.1) held in a slot (5.5) in the outer edge (5.1,5.2,5.3,5.4) of the inner frame. This holds a wedge (4.2) which is articulated on an axle in a hole (5.6) in the upper part of the frame and is turned by a tool. USE/ADVANTAGE - Frame for picture held by inner frame which is easily removable and adjustable in position.
