PURPOSE:To easily adjust a gap between a temperature fuse and a heat roller in a fixing device. CONSTITUTION:This device includes the heat roller 50 and is provided with a fixing/carrying device 16 which fixes an image formed on the surface of paper; a side wall 52d, in the vicinity of the heat roller, in which notches 70a and 70b for locking the fuse are formed; a fixing housing 52 which covers the heat roller 50; and the temperature fuse 72 which is electrically connected to a heater 50a in the heat roller 50 and locked in the locking notches 70a and 70b with a prescribed gap left between the heat roller 50 and itself. |
