PURPOSE:To send a personnel to a job site by instructing a patrol, etc., only by simply operating a device carried by an individual user without conversation concerning a crime prevention system by mobile communication, etc., in a network composed of a base station communicating with a mobile object, a mobile exchanger and a service controller. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile terminal such as a patrol car, etc., travels, a cell number is registered to a control table 5a in a service controller 5, when the user pushes the pushing button of a compact terminal 1, a signal including a special number is transmitted and when he/she adds his/her own cell number to the special number received by the base station 3 and transmits it, a service requirement is generated from the mobile exchanger 4 to the service controller 5. When the service controller 5 decides the mobile terminal existing in a transmission cell and an adjacent cell and informs the mobile exchanger 4 of information indicating an announcement to send the mobile exchanger 4 calls the informed mobile object and transmits the indicated announcement. |
